Recruitment, this is the word uttered by most of the people around the world right now. Yes, Recruitment is almost freezing these days and this is mainly due to the economic turmoil i.e. recession. This hit is common to all the industries and in fact the recruitment industry i.e. (HR professionals) is affected bit more than others. One main reason for this major hit is because of the volume of HR in a company. Yes, hr recruitment is not happening anywhere in the world right now. Another worst point is that some companies are dropping their HR team or an individual. There is a doubt among all like: “why hit is more in this HR industry?” Let us take an example: consider a software firm. A software company has thousands of workers and even some have more than hundred thousand but they are all handling numerous projects which need more people to handle it. When you count the heads in HR department in such companies you would end up in disappointment because only few are needed to manage even hundred thousand workers. A HR person should take care of all the recruitment process and pay roll processing for the company employees. In this recession period a company will definitely have an eye on its employee recruitment and more on hr recruitment.
